Directions: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop (17.95g) of Fierce Domination mixed with 12-14 oz. of cold water. You can vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Allow at least 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. Under no circumstances exceed 1 scoop per 4 hour period or 2 scoops every 12 hours. Non-training days: Mix 1 scoop with 12-14 oz. of cold water for increased energy and stamina.
