Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 3 Biotabs in the AM (1 Biotab per hour) and 3 biotabs in the PM (1 biotab per hour). Take with meals. Use in 4 to 6 week cycles. Do not use this product longer than 6 weeks without taking 6 weeks off between each cycle. This product can be stacked with other Forerunner Labs "Alpha" Products.
