Adept BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are a combination of the three essential amino acids; leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Formulated in a 2:1:1 ratio, providing 2,400mg per serving. Working synergistically to help promote anabolism (muscle building), protein synthesis, and may also aid in preventing catabolism (muscle breakdown) in relation to exercise recovery.

Directions: Take three (3) capsules 1-2 times per day, or based on your daily needs and preferences. Consume pre and post workout and in-between meals on non-training days.
