Directions: Mix each serving with 8 oz. of cold water (to desired sweetness). Start with 1 serving or less to assess tolerance. Take 2 servings approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, mix into 16 oz. of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
