Pre-workout Pump & Endurance Enhancer.

Directions: Initial (first serving): To assess your individual tolerance to this supplement, combine 1/2 serving of White Pump with 4-5 oz. of cold water and consume it 30 minutes pre-workout. Shake well before drinking. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. For Regular Use: Combine 1 serving (2 servings maximum per day) of White Pump with 8-12 oz. of cold water and consume it 30 minutes per-workout. For best results, White Pump should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least a gallon of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
