Directions: Take 2 Thermo Heat Nighttime capsules 30 minutes before evening meal or before bedtime. Do not consume more than 2 capsules daily. Nutrients like tryptophan, 5-hydroxy- tryptophan (5-HTP) and 5-adenosyl-methionine and St. Johns wort can increase the amount of serotonin, and combined with medication may cause serotonin syndrome in susceptible people.
