Powdered Caffeine. Dietary Supplement.

Directions: Take 1 scoop (1,000 mg) with 8 oz of water or beverage (do not mix with other caffeinated beverages). Each 1 serving of 1,000mg product, contains 200mg of caffeine.

Consult a physician before using these or any product if you have or have a family history of, including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, or psychiatric disease, phenochromacytoma, diabetes, asthma, recurrent head aches, anemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression or other psychiatric condition, peptic ulcers, parkinsons disease, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder, or if you are using a monoamine Oxidase inhibitor or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over the counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, asthma, cough or cold, and weight control products). Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects, including heart attack and stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. For occasional use only. Caffeine is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure or pregnancy. Not intended as a substitute for sleep. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the amount of caffeine containing medications, beverages (coffee, tea, colas) or foods (chocolate) as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart rate.
