Directions: This product offers the advantage of individualized dosing. Start off with only 1 liquid capsule in the morning and 1 liquid capsule in the afternoon on your first day. Depending on your individual needs you can chose to increase the dosage to 2 liquid capsules per serving. Some people will prefer 1 capsule per serving whereas others may opt for a 2 capsule serving. DO NOT EXCEED 4 LIQUID CAPSULES PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For optimum effects take 30-60 minutes before a meal.

Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath.
