Glutamine (or L-Glutamine) is the most abundant amino acid (a building block for proteins), found naturally in the body, making up 61% of your skeletal tissue. Recently, Glutamine was re-classified as a conditionally essential amino acid because the bodys need for glutamine is greater than its ability to produce this amino acid (important to multiple and critical functions), especially after bouts of intense physical exertion. Glutamine supports protein synthesis while also acting as a primary energy source.

Directions: Add one (1) scoop to 8oz of water, juice, or as an additive to your favorite protein powder, or smoothie.
