Directions: For a delicious shake, add 1 scoop of PALEO PROTEIN to 8 fl. oz. of cold water in a blender or shaker bottle and mix well. For a thicker shake, reduce the amount of water slightly. Thickness can also be increased by adding a small amount of ice.
