Directions: As a shaker bottle: 1. Ensure cap is completely sealed. 2. Add liquids before adding powders. 3. Mix for 15-30 seconds until smooth. As a water bottle: 1. Remove the straw by pulling out of cap. 2. Slide agitator off and replace straw.
